Iām a mom andĀ life coach who spent most of her life hating her body and being powerless to change it.Ā Some of my earliest memories are of me comparing my stomach in the school uniform to the other girlsā shapes and sizes.Ā By the time I was a mom, I was a little overweight and a LOT tired and sickā¦ALL THE TIME.

In 2016, I gave up. I was unhappy and spent my life complaining about how difficult everything was so it was time to try something new. I started using the tools I teach here to transform my body’s looks and health. Not only did it work, but I became happy and free in the process!! Even though I threw away every book on diet and healing I had been collecting and obsessing over, I started looking different… in ways I didn’t know were possible for me. The irony, of course, was that by the time I looked like I wanted to all those years, I didn’t even care anymore! Sure I like being confident in my skin, but by the time the outer shift came, the self esteem was already anchored! I was finally released.

I see people every day in my line of work still hating their bodies and tearing themselves down. After being shy about sharing these concepts for years, I knew it was time to start teaching women and men how to TRULY FEEL BETTER. No matter how much outer change some people achieve, how beautiful, rich, and successful they come across to others, they still say the same mean things about themselves and experience the same negative cycles.
